Preferences on your device
The theme control can save a light or dark preference in local storage under fna-theme. The preparation checklist saves your selected categories only when you choose “Save on this device,” under fna-plan. Those preferences are not sent to a server by the tool. You can remove them using your browser’s site-data controls.
Hosting and request information
The hosting server and Cloudflare process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser request headers. This website does not set a retention promise for infrastructure logs that has not been verified.
Email enquiries
Email sent to [email protected] is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the project’s enquiry mailbox hosted by Google. Your message and sender details are processed to receive and answer the enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive personal documents, payment credentials or passwords. A specific retention period has not been established in this notice.
External links and downloads
Following an external source or transport link takes you to another website with its own practices. Downloaded historical documents may contain old names, addresses or contact details as part of the record. They are not an invitation to send information to an old contact.
