A good festival plan leaves room for discovery. Start with the needs of your group, then add confirmed performances and venues when the 2027 program is published.
Your night, your priorities
Select what matters to your group. This tool creates a preparation checklist; it does not reserve tickets or select unannounced events.
Your preparation list
- Save December 31, 2026. Check the current program before traveling.
Before you choose activities
Check the current year on every listing. Older programs in our archive include admission rules, opening times and transportation arrangements for their own editions. They are useful history, but they are not a travel plan for the returning event.
- Choose one or two must-see activities rather than filling every minute.
- Allow time to move between venues, put on coats and take breaks.
- Decide where to meet if your group becomes separated.
- Check admission and capacity arrangements before promising an activity to a child.
Dress for the time between venues
Even an indoor performance can involve time outdoors. Check a current forecast close to the day, bring layers suited to your needs and consider how your group will get home. This page does not promise indoor connections or sheltered routes between locations.
Check transportation close to the date
For public transit, consult METRO RTA for current service information. Holiday timetables and last departures need their own check. Old festival shuttle maps are retained only in the document library.
Once the venue list is available, compare your arrival point, chosen activities and departure route. Ask a venue directly about parking, accessible drop-off and entrance arrangements if you need certainty before traveling.
Make an access plan together
A person’s access needs cannot be answered by a venue name alone. Check step-free entrances, restroom access, seating, assistance arrangements, sound levels and the distance between activities. Our accessibility guide lists the questions worth asking.
